* Rename SwatchPairInput -> WorkingColorsButton
* Remove unnecessary Svelte each-loop keys
* Rename (and migrate) MenuBarInput -> MenuListButton
* Rename PivotAssist -> PivotInput
* Rename PersistentScrollbar -> ScrollbarInput and CanvasRuler -> RulerInput
* Rename DIalogModal -> Dialog
* Rename WidgetRow -> WidgetSpan
